ABOUT HANNAH

I'm Hannah Hulley, the founder of Founder Growth Collective.

I've spent 15  years in B2B sales. I started at 19 on the phone, answering calls, learning how to handle objections in real-time, and finding out the hard way what actually closes a deal and what just feels like it should. From there, I worked my way up to head of sales, most of it inside funded SaaS scale-ups under real growth pressure.

That's where I learned what this work actually takes.

I helped lead UK market expansion for a Series C SaaS scale-up, building the field sales team from 6 to 50 and winning market share from established competitors. It wasn't theory; it was the day-to-day reality of building a sales function while the company scaled around me, investors watched the numbers, and the pressure to deliver was real.

I now work as a freelance sales partner to multiple growing companies, designing their full sales framework from scratch, sitting alongside them through interviews, and training a team of complete beginners into people who can genuinely sell their product and represent the partner's brand perfectly.

That work is what Founder Growth Collective exists for.

Why I built Founder Growth Collective

After two decades inside funded businesses, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Companies raise investment. The momentum is real. But sales still run through the founder, every deal, every conversation, every renewal. The business can't scale one founder-led deal at a time, and the founder can't grow the company while they're stuck in every call.

Most of the help available to those founders is either generic sales training that doesn't match their stage or expensive full-time hires who don't yet make sense.

Founder Growth Collective sits in between.

I work with funded, founder-led companies to design the sales function their business actually needs: the team, the structure, the hiring plan, and the training model, so they can grow past founder-led selling without committing to a full-time sales leader before they're ready.

Who I work best with

I work best with founders who have raised investment, are running founder-led sales, and know they've reached the point where the next stage of growth depends on building a real sales function.

The founders I help get the most out of this work are the ones who want a proper partner, not a coach with a slide deck, someone who has actually built and led the kind of team they need and can be their support throughout their sales expansion.

Ready to stop being the bottleneck?

If you've raised, you're growing, and you know the business can't scale on your shoulders alone,

let's talk!

A discovery call is a 45-minute conversation. I'll ask about where your sales function is today, what you've tried, and what's not working. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what to build first,  whether we work together or not.
